Safe4’s Alarm Receiving Centre is certified and approved by the European Standard for Monitoring and Alarm Receiving Centre EN 50518 – category 1.
Servers
Newer alarm equipment transmits signals to a (remote) cloud server and not directly to a receiver at ARC. You can use the server outside the ARC (e.g. with Amazon) or servers located inside the ARC. All servers transmit alarms and other important information to a receiver, with operators having the alarms visible in their alarm processing system.
